Howdy my fellow ECF'rs . I just received my infinity pro from notcigs and have run into a jam , well to begin with a screw came off that grounds the unit I was able to get it back on with some help from mike at notcig but man it was like pulling teeth getting that screw onto its nut . My situation. Im using the ego dual coil cartomizers from mad vapes but I think there made by smoke tek . The issue is I am unable to fasten them on all the way and it seems that they are not making contact, so no vape : ( I did correspond with Notcig they advised me that it should work and I did get 510 model so it fastens on barley but its just not making contact with the pins all the way . I wanted to know if anyone here owning one encountered this issue and what was there work around before sending it back . As always all advise and suggestions are greatly appreciated my friends:2cool:

Thank you
Luis

Luis - I do not have the ipro but I do have the 1st gen infinity. Do other catos/atty's work on the mod? If so then it could just be a tolerance issue and I have seen that before. Meaning it only takes being off a fraction of an inch on the carto or atty pin and then no contact. I have had this happen on different MODs and I now have a collection of 510 to 510 adapters that I place on the MOD's. This limits thread wear on the MOD and if a carto/atty needs some more elbow grease I just torque the thing down without worying about damaging the MOD topcap. If this does not solve the issue I would send the unit back.
