IPV3 and USB Cable

Anyone able to get the USB cable to work on their computer? When I plug it in my computer doesn't even recognize the IPV3 is connected. Tried a different cable same ends no luck.

Did you check the device manager? Possibly doesn't have the driver.

Download the yihi driver and software.
