Ah man, those evil damnable recessed hex screws. A few tips:

1. A brand new allen wrench can sometimes work if it isn't *too* bad, as it has sharper edges that can grip better.

2. You can sacrifice an allen wrench by applying epoxy to it and gluing it into the stripped screw.

3. They make screw extractors, which are basically drill bits and grind the thing out.

4. There's a tool whose name I forget (easy-outs?) that requires you to drill a small pilot hole, and work from both ends.

5. If you have a dremel or such, you can try to cut a decent notch into the screw, jam a screwdriver in there hammer at it going counter-clockwise (literally -- use a hammer to bang it counter-clock)

6. You can try to weld a piece of metal to it, and hopefully it's strong enough that you can unscrew it. There's a technique to this involving a nut that you'll have to google.

7. If you've got a sharp punch, it miiiiiight be possible to hammer it at an angle to cause it to turn ever so slightly over and over.
