IPV4 Opinion

I am thinking of upgrading to an IPV4S from my current sub box mini Kanger. Any recos either way?

Sorta old news but hey? If it's a lot cheaper than the IPV5 or the IPV6X why not grab one. Like any device, you'll hear good and bad things about it after it's been out for a while and folks have the chance to abuse the hell outta them. Cheers.

Edit. From my experience the ipv's can be pretty wonky in TC.
Power mode too for that matter. They seem to read coil resistance wrong at times and apply WAY too much power, causing a nasty burnt hit. YMMV.

I've had an IPV400 for a couple of months now. The compact ergonomic form factor is a real plus. I've no complaints, I rarely use TC mode.

I have the ipv4.... its my all day vape. Its a bit heavy and the "metal" is a bit thin looking and the display window is terrible in bright light ( outside in the sun) cant see the display... other than that, its a work horse, dependable...

the IPV5 is even heavier but a bit smaller but you can see the display in bright light

To be honest the IPV4 is still high considering how long its been out. Close in price to the IPV400 which is way lighter and smaller. I had one of the wonky IPV4s but I love the 400

I'm also a big fan of the 400, it's been a solid device for me.
