I can't seen to download the ipv4 update to my computer, after it downloads the icon is an empty file ?? Any help please want to try titanium wire. Thanks again.

I was successfully able to upgrade the black version yesterday. It discontinued service today out of nowhere. Nothing could get it to turn back on. Later on a customer brought on a silver one, the upgrade failed halfway thru, and again refused to work anymore. I refuse to do upgrades on them currently. One heck of an upgrade, but not thoroughly thought out
Anyone figured out how to complete the update/installation process? I've been able go as far as installing the update to the device but says unable to locate device, this is getting to me I've tried on Windows 7, 8 and 10 still nothing... Anyone ..?? Anyone??
You need a driver. It wont recognize the mod without it. Someone linked it the other day, but I can't remember who it was. Let me see if I can find it...
