Ipv4s will not turn on, help please

Hi guy, I just bought a ipv4s. I bought it new off of ebay, and it won't turn on. I put 18650 batteries in it (vct4's I believe) and clicked the fire button well over 5 times ALOT. This is my first vape that has external batteries, so I would not be superseded if I'm doing something wrong. Please any advice would help.

By the way, my batteries are green, (not sure if that means anything) and say 18650 2100mAH 3.7V. I've also tried putting my batteries in the other way (positive to positive and positive to negitive) just in case I did it wrong.

Yes they are according to my charger

there should be + and/or - marks in the battery compartment to tell you the correct way to put in the batteries.
There is only 1 correct way to put in the batteries and 3 wrong ways.

Yes they are according to my charger

Are we positive you got the orientation right? They are opposite-oriented, so one battery will be facing up and the other battery will be facing down. There's a diagram on the battery compartment that shows the orientation.

Sweet, glad you got it fixed. Actually, the not turn on thing is a feature, not a bug And yes, those sound like VTC4s.
