Traveling to Ireland from US (lay over in Amsterdam) and wondering if there are any specific regulations we need to be aware of with the use of e-cigs? Are they allowed in all public places?

I know there is a vaping in pubs scheme for EIRE. That wouldn't happen with restrictions on public places.

South Central...Clonmel to be exact. From what i have been able to find out, its ok to vape, but for pubs, you just need to ask?
