Is "555" Juice Supposed To Taste Sweet?

I got it from Vapor Renu, but I bought it because I thought it was supposed to be a tobacco flavor. It does taste as you describe, but not what I was looking for. I wanted a tobacco taste, not caramel.
It might have a slight, slight sweetness but not much. It should be 'nutty'. DIYflavorshack's is a sweet hazelnut type taste.....I liked it, but I prefer a "peanutty" 555. Nhaler has a good 555...but my favorite is from Vapors Etc. ....I get mine with a flavor boost.

Maybe you should try letting it "steep" for a week. I have no idea if there is any truth behind this process, but apparently many members say that there is. My 555 from backwoods brew has the tobacco/nutty flavor, but I'm also getting some sweet "perfume-y" taste as well. I just received it yesterday though so I'm gonna give steeping a shot as well.
When I first got it, it was very sweet and also perfumy tasting as you mention. I guess it has been steeping, because now a few days later, it does not have the perfumy taste anymore, but still not to my personal liking, as it tastes like cake batter to me, and I wanted it to tast like an analog tobacco flavor. Not a cigar, or pipe tobacco. It may still change with further steeping though, as I have only had it about three days now.
I second the nhaler nhale/xhale 555. It is my all-month vape. I also like their camule. It makes me feel guilty because it smells just like a fresh pack of cigarettes.
I always felt that a fresh pack of smokes smelled like raisins haha
I guess that it does smell like raisins. Maybe they could use raisins to come up with an authentic analog, type tobacco flavor.
Haha, that just might be the key to finally ending our pursuit in finding that perfect analog taste.

I like alien visions take on it as it is totally devoid of sweet, a dry tobacco taste
RY4 is suppose to be sweet as it is normally considered a combination of vanilla-caramel and tobacco
If you want a good non sweet authentic tobacco taste you could try some barley from vaperite or some 555 from alien visions.
just remember when it comes to names like RY4 and 555 everyone's take is different, some of them significantly so. If one juice manufacturer calls there reeses peanut butter cup 555 it doesn't mean its the same at another place.

try maxboro from Backwoods Brew its as close to a analog as it gets i would say. but you must let it steep which is the most important step in this process ........good luck!!
