is 8-10ml of juice a day normal for newbie?

It really depends on how u vape. For me, i'm a chain smoker previously so i have to chain vape even more to get the same amt of satisfaction. Another thing bad about me is i love subohming below 0.1. I go thru 4 tanks of 5ml on a normal day.

I chain vape a mini nautilus all day from the time I wake until bed time. I refill my tank probably 4 times a day.

Maybe u have to cheat your brain, vape is also harmful like analog then u will have better control.
