Yep, I just got another AGA-T2 and the center pin spacing is off. The threading at the top doesn't reach the silicone "bushing". The pin gets pushed up when its on my mech. I've played with 2 other AGAs and this one is different. I'm going to try adding a little plastic washer. Also, though, the positive post assembly ends up being too tall and almost blocks off the air flow into my drip tip! I had to pick out my biggest bore drip tip (with shallowest insertion section) to get this to work the way it came out of the box. (Which, BTW is a vivi nova tip with the silicone insert removed.) Adding washer at the BOTTOM, to resolve both issues.

No it's a floating type pin. There's a bushing at the bottom and a rubber bushing at the top. The pin just sits inside the center of the bushing. On the top, there are 3 nuts that go into a threaded portion, but you can't tighten them down all the way or your'll squish the bushing. There's like 1mm of play and what happens is if you screw the device onto your mod and your pin on your mod is too far up, it pushes the center rod up and can dislodge the upper bushing. Does this make sense to anyone?

i get this same issue with my aga-t, the problem is the lower bushing compresses and the whole ceter post gets pushed up when screwing onto the mod. i think i have heard on this post to add a small washer, but this would have to be installed in the 510 connection area. this bottom bushing needs to be solid and not squishy like the one thats in there, so as you tighten up the nuts on the top it doesnt bring up the center post.

Yep, whoever designed this thing should have their hands cut off and punishment by death if they ever touch a pencil or design program again. LOL. Can't stand always having to hack. All I do is hack stuff and fix crap. Not just this stuff, everything. I buy stuff and out of the box you have to hammer, drill, chisel, screw, grind and hack to get stuff to work These days. With this thing, the simple solution would be to have both a thread on the bottom of the center post and a slot on the bottom connection piece so you can take a screwdriver and adjust it.

The issue with the Natural mod is that if you loosen the pin, then the ... batteries don't fit right and you have to put a gap in between the pieces. There should be standards for this crap other than a free for all and just hoping ..... fits.

Luckily I'm a master hacker (MaGuyver) and I got tons and tons of little RC parts, so I managed to resolve this with a tiny plastic spacer at the bottom and then an Oring on the inside of the tank botom with a plastic washer pressed against that. Frign 10 hours into this piece of crap just to get it to work right. Have another one on order. I'm wondering if there's a USA made one that is designed a bit better. I'd pay $200 to have a good quality rebuildable one similar to this with parts accessibility.

That's another thing. What do you do when the plastic / rubber bits wear out? I don't see any parts kits offered for these things, otherwise I'd order a bunch of them. At this point I think my aClear variable clearomizer vapes better and the heads are replaceable with no coiling bull......

I've never had 1 problem with my AGA-T+ that wasn't one of my own doing. You should make a mental note that it's not the design of the device, it's the manufacturer. It's a 25 dollar chinese knock off of a 100+ dollar device, what do you really expect? No quality control = some people get bad devices. I wouldn't be knocking the device itself as you are doing...it's a great device for an awesome price, especially when you get it to actually work.

cobra, DID, Zap/Zau and many others, most are not usa made but the better ones are more expensive for a reason.

not sure about the natural statement,i have adjusted the topcap center pin to check several attys and no proplems. but i have only used the AW 18650's in it. i dont dig the shorty modes lol

My aga has 4 nuts... one tiny one at the very bottom of the pos post to snug the post down after its on your device. then 3 more larger ones above that to secure your coil wire. you could just have a manufacturer defect. try emailing the company you bought it from and have them send you another one.
