So I started e-smoking(exclusively) about a week ago. But I've noticed that my after about 2 day's of vaping my nose has become 'stuffed'. I've tried cold medicine, home remedies...just about everything. My question is that anyone else experienced this? Is it a side affect of quitting smoking(taking in the extra 3999 chems) or is it an allergy to vg(I have no other side affects)...I mean I don't actually feel sick, I'm just nasally congested. Anyone have a clue or have experienced this when they started? Any help would be appreciated. I want to be able to taste my chocolate macaroon juice again :(

could be the PG drying you out. Try some saline nasal spray and drink lots of liquids.

Or...you could have a cold. It's that time of year. I did have a little of what you're saying but now I'm less congested and snore less (according to my husband who I always knew was lying 'cause I don't snore!).

I've only been vaping for one week, too. I was a pack a day smoker. My throat is sore, glands under my jaw are swollen, and my muscles in my legs and arms ache. Have you had any of these symptoms? I keep telling myself it could be viral, but it's a coincidence that the symptoms started the week I started vaping.
I AM enjoying the vaping, should I switch to VG? Is there a supplier that sells VG juices? I have some on order from Ms. T's, I think they are 50/50. Maybe that will help. I really don't want have to bother with mixing my own.

You might be having a reaction to PG. A week is maybe not long enough to determine that, you could also just be withdrawing from analogs. There is a section here, Health related, you may want to check out.

The problem for most of us is: which of these symptoms/reactions are from smoking cessation and which are from vaping? And if from vaping would it be from vapor from PG or VG, vapor in general or food flavorings?
We kind of shoot ourselves in the foot doing both at once making it almost impossible to seperate one from t'other, and some share symptoms so that just makes it harder. /sighs
Kenmcp:itching can be a result of skin dryness (prior to skin flaking so you may not notice the dryness at first) so it might be that.
