Is chicago-ecigs.com reputable?

Hi,

I'm new to vaping and I'm trying to find the best deal I can. I found a website and coupon code (through this forum) called chicago-ecigs.com and I was wondering if they are reputable? The deal they're offering seems too good to be true. They're offering "buy one get one 50% off" on their Joye510 kits which include one atomizer, 2 batteries, 1 wall and 1 USB charger. In addition they have a deal that you get 20% off on orders over $100. After putting everything I wanted into the cart I was able to get 4 kits for about $100 dollars. I didn't complete the transaction because I had 3 concerns: 1.) they didn't have the "authorize.net" emblem on there site. 2.) Their godaddy.com certificate was expired, and 3.) They didn't respond to my phone calls or emails.

Have any of you used them? and if so what kind of experience did you have with them? Would you recommend I try them or not considering my concerns?

Thank You,

S.H.

I ordered from them on April 27th and my "account" on their site still says that my order is pending. On the site it says that orders placed before a certain time ship out that day . My credit card has been charged yet the order hasn't shipped, I've sent several emails that haven't been answered (the last one asking to cancel my order), and I promise you, NOBODY will answer the phone or respond to messages you leave. Seriously, try the phone number or shoot them an email before you order. You will NOT get a response. To top it all off, I went back to their site yesterday and my web browser started screaming about their certificate being expired. I don't know what's going on with the website, but according to a few friends I have in the Chicago area, the actual store itself is O.k.

Thanks for all the responses. I emailed them two days ago and haven't heard back. I also called them on several occasions at several different hours of the day and haven't gotten a hold of anyone.

From reading some of the other threads on this issue, what I've seen is that they have terrible customer service, but you do eventually get the product. me_again, someone had the same problem as you and they emailed chicago-ecigs threatening them with disputing the charge with their credit card company and they replied promptly and he received his order. You may want to try that. Let me know if that works.

Thanks
