Is Fast Tech Reliable?

Well I have used them a couple of times.Be prepared to wait though.My last order didn't arrive for 25 buisness days.Also keep in mind any returns will need to be shipped back to China at your expense.
In my experience, they have been very reliable... but the shipping time - like anything ordered from China - is atrocious.
I can wait a few weeks on delivery as long as ill be receiving a true authentic reliable device
May I ask what you personally have purchased from fast tech in regards to mods etc and where the all okay?
Actually I believe they have a US address where you send returns to. Plus, if it turns out to be their fault, they will credit the postage amount to your next order. Yes, shipping takes a long time. Also, pay attention to the stock status. "In stock" items usually ship pretty quickly, but "ships in [x-number of] business days" is really just a wild guess. What that means is "we don't have it, but we kind-of, sort-of think we might get some in from the manufacturer by this time, or maybe not."
I have 2 orders on their way from Fasttech. They shipped out the door super fast, however the slow boat from China is slow. Then again they got great deals on things that will easy cost $40 more here at a B&M store. So if you can wait for shipping go for it
FT's pretty good about differentiating authentics (labeled "authentic [brand-name thing]") and clones (labeled "[brand-name]-style [thing]"). Sometimes I wonder, though, are their "authentics" really the same as what we'd get from shops here, or are they factory seconds, perhaps, sold off on the cheap instead of just being destroyed?I can wait a few weeks on delivery as long as ill be receiving a true authentic reliable device

fasttech is basically an online retailer;
various factories are churning out stuff, and fasttech just advertises the info, and handles the retail end of things.
if it weren't for fasttech i wouldnt have so many mods and tanks etcc...... errrr, izat good or bad ?
as for authentic: it can depend on the definition of authentic that you choose.

I've only purchased a few mods from them - a couple of Vamo's and the Innokin VTR back in my early vaping days and an eVic and Koopor recently - but they have all been authentic. All of the authentic tanks I've ordered (mostly RTA's) were authentic and the clones were the same quality you'd find at your local B&M. Like another poster mentioned, look in the listings for "authentic" and "styled"; if it says authentic, it will be. Anything "styled" is clearly marked to be a clone.
I've also had to deal with their customer service when one of my Vamo's broke within the warranty period. I only had to ship it to Florida, not China, to get my replacement. The replacement shipping wasn't anything to write home about, but I got my product. So their CS department works well, though there was an obvious bit of a language barrier between me and the rep I dealt with.
Again, I recommend them if you're not in any huge hurry. I've got two FT orders I'm waiting on right now - mostly drip tips and different resistance wire. Always nice to get random, unexpected vapemail!
Yes they are legit , if Fasttech was in the USA most shops would go out of business imo . They have, "by far" the biggest selection of everything e cig related on the planet .

I've ordered hundred of times from FT.
They are very legit.
About 12 days to SoCal.
Tips-
Only order items listed as "in stock" or "ships next day" unless you want to wait.
Read the reviews AND discussions on each item before buying
Oder over $20 otherwise it gets shipped by slow boat.
Keep in mind Chinese New Year is about to begin and the whole country will be on holiday for a couple
Weeks.
My experience is its worth it in the long run, as much of life is. 9 out of 10 of my buys are problem free, its the tenth one where something is miss sent, mis packeged, or the CS rep is just not hearing me where my patience gets stressed. But its just part of the over all picture, in the end, I get stuff I cant get anywhere else and I get it at a bargain price, even better now that the SSEC is flailing. So, you have to have a bit of an acceptance level to be able to deal with it at times when it goes south, but it does`nt happen very often.

Hints: Do Not mix any purchases with something that includes a battery.. Keep battery and/or battery containing device orders separate.
Look at the stock level - Ships in 7 days, Ships in 3 days, In Stock, etc.. normally gives you a rough guesstimate of how long it will be before being sent out to you. If you order 1 thing that Ships in 7 days with a bunch of things that ship in 1 day or in stock, the whole order waits for that 7 day item.
"Authentic" normally means the real deal, not a clone - "Style" is a clone, or worse, a bad copy of a clone.
Take a picture of everything you get with the package as soon as you get it. If you have a problem with your order, this will help speed things up with CS!
Yes they are legit and I love fasttech for vapers on a budget they are a godsend just today got my 3 Crius v3 clone rta's and they are better then my friends authentics and that is my general experience with fasttech. Everyone I know has ordered from there because of the gear I've bought. Shipping can be long but always a joy when that yellow jiffy bag of goodness shows up, I'm still waiting on two orders expect them to arrive in the next week.
You will not be happy ordering anything from them Right now. We are fast coming up on Chinese New Year and everything will be messed up for weeks to come.
