You'd be better off using google and adding "E Cigarette Forums" to your query.
Sorry I hate when people post "use the search function" and don't give an answer.
As someone whose used the search function it's easier to just start a topic but completely agree Ninja coming into a thread to be unhelpful seems to keep some people happy, seems totally pointless to me but takes all sorts to make a world.
I've done 24 orders with FT totaling just over $1700. I have yet to not receive items that I've ordered, including multiple mods, tanks, RTA/RDAs.
Average time from order placement to delivery - 21.3 days (best - 9 days, worst - 38 days). Note some items were out of stock when ordered.
With Chinese New Year (Feb 8) the delivery will be delayed if the items have not shipped from China by that date.
Also FT has replaced any item that has failed at not additional charge and paid shipping.

Unfortunately one of the reasons this forum is declining (and it is declining) is because every day threads are started regarding the same topics. Continuing to answer them and respond just causes more clutter and makes it harder to find things when needed. The search function works fine - but it would work better if there were fewer threads on topics. That's simply forum 101.
Suggesting someone use the search function is helpful. Giving the same answer over and over and not teaching members how to find answers themselves is not.
Some of us don't mind helping others.
No one forced you to click or post a complaint.
If you feel ECF is that bad go make a suggestion in the appropriate forum.

The search should Be simple, regardless of number of threads.
The search engine has been borked for over 3 years. At one time - Before updating parameters - it worked fantastic.
Your right this forum is declining but it isn't because of multiple same subject threads it's because some members are making it an unpleasant place to be sometimes and some of the attitudes and views posted on a regular basis are putting it politely unsavoury. None of which applies to the op who was asking a question politely and anyone that is fed up of repeated questions didn't have to enter the thread in fact I'd have felt sure they wouldn't. Another aspect is that maybe the op has limited funds they can't afford to risk and wanted the most up to date information on a company they plan to purchase from. Fortunately the OP has their answer and can order with piece of mind as their question was well answered sometime ago.

I was browsing through their coils and tanks and stuff when I happened upon
a $2.40 watch I just couldn't live without. I think everyone else loves that watch
too cuz a couple of times ordering it would be due to ship and instead give
me the dreaded 'restocking' notice.
However I'm happy to say the watch is on that boat on it's way to me, who
will give it a good home.
You'll find lots and lots of goodies there browsing around.
I have a mod here that I paid $8 at FT for and it's still working great over a
year later. =)

in about searching. Sometimes I am able to find what I want, but not always. When I had a problem getting my Subtank apart, I searched and searched. Nothing came up that was of much help. I finally started a thread and got a few replies. (It still took me a month to get that blasted thing apart, lol) Anyway, a few days ago, a post popped up about the same problem. It was an OLD thread. That thread never came up in all of my searching. (using different key words)
Secondly, and most importantly, things change. When I started vaping, I ordered several times from a certain company. They would have my orders out the door the same day. Because they are one state away, I would have it in my hands in 48 hours or less. Now, its at least 2 days before they even ship my orders. I assume their business has grown and they can't keep up as well as before. Companies change. New methods come up. What was true about "fixing a problem" 3 months ago may have a better way now.
About Fasttech... I have only ordered from them twice. I got my first order in 12 days. Everything was good. It's been 10 days on my second order. It "shipped" 6 hours after I placed my order. I'm hoping to see it this week.
