Is it bad to hold Vapor in?

Reason I ask is that at my job, my 2 bosses could care less. But... The Owner is an .... He saw one guy doing it an went all smoke nazi on him. I know that if I hold my vape in for 5-7 seconds I dont exhale any vapor. Is this okay?

Yep. Most refer to it as "stealth vaping".

Try vaping lower VG without flavors.

okay. less vapor you mean? r u still getting all the nic? for some reason my brain want to think that if i dont ehale vapor i must not be getting nic. (unless there is no vapor cuz i held it in )

The amount of vapor you produce from a PV is largely due to the ratio of Propylne Glycol (PG) to Vegetable Glycerin (VG) - more PG = less visible vapor, but also more throat hit (TH) and more flavor.

Good stealth vaping requires practice and high PG content liquids - alternatively, go to the bathroom and vape there!
