Is it illegal to sell in Johor

Just interested to find out if its illegal to sell in Johor? Does Singapore's jurisdiction extends out to Johor as well as I have a friend doing that now.

I don't think so. Singapore can only control what's going on in Singapore. The only country that can control something outside their shores would be US. LOL

Simply put it this way. If what you are doing in another country is perfectly legal over there, there's nothing your home country can do to you. Except in situations where the onus is on you proof that it did not happen here.

Anyway selling and importing is illegal for electronic cigarette in Singapore? So I saw a Bangalah sell in Geylang so I buy from him and use, I did nothing illegal right? Just wanna be a lawful citizen here.

I went to browse around the malaysian section, saw this guy say that it's legal to mail in to malaysia e-ciggs of anything less than 500RM. So yeap. O: above then can charge tax, but some people said some police say illegal then ask for some *ahem* RM$50 to help along. :/
