Yes - everyone experiences that because it is true.

PG - thin, lets through the most flavor, mos nicotine TH, most nicotine irritation, makes thin looking vapor
VG - thick, dulls everything PG lets through, makes thicker more persistent vapor. And I think it is a bit sweeter and some feel it adds a bit of an oily feeling

I use simple stuffing cartomizers and I like 90PG/10VG and 80PG/20VG - enough VG to add some nice vapor and help prevent irritation, but still almost all of the flavor and TH. Also those mixes are thin and should work fine in every method of vaping. On atomizers I do occasionally drip a couple of flavors I like that only come in 50/50. I avoid any juice that drops flavoring sediment - clogs cartos, gunks up atomizer coils (typically these are dark or cloudy juices).

Thanks for the input guys, I think, for the most part, HV and DC's solve my issues with lack of vapor from some PG liquids, after about two months of smoking an ego I took the plunge to a mod and have not stopped creating since. That pretty much confirms it, I smoked newports for 15 years so TH is important to me, I'm a pure PG guy; that settles it. :)

I am a 4-month vaper, I vape PG liquid. I was interested in trying VG after reading on people's opinions so I tried PG/VG blends. It seems the VG does increase vapor, but diminishes the TH and weakens the flavor, maybe adds sweetness. Anyone else have the same experience?

There are some of us that don't experience the sweetness or weaken the flavor - 'ask the vets Kurt' and me just to name two. But yeah on more vapor/less TH.

From one thing I read. VG tends to mask certain flavors more than others.

It may be a genetic thing... or just subjective. I know from reading 'Ask Nick' at TW (Nick O'Teen makes the DV line) that he will use various bases to bring out flavor or to handle the volatiles in certain flavoring, and sometimes adding VG brings our certain flavors...same with pure grain alcohol - but the default base for flavoring is PG. And I'm guessing as you say, it may mask some as well.

On another note, still an is it just me thing, is anyone else incapable of vaping a passthrouh on a Mac? It gives me a message about too much power being drawn from a USB source. Is there Mac software for a box mod!!?? All right, so I'm being a little facetious. Thankfully that's only the office computer, I have a pc at home and no problem.

Use an AC powered USB hub that runs at 2amps or more with your PT.
