Ok, I use Aspire ET S tanks with BDC coils on an MVP 2.0. For some odd reason, I'll be vaping along just fine, and then..............almost nothing. Not that I'm a cloud kinda guy, but a little vapor would be nice. Then without any rhyme or reason the cloud will come back. This will happen a couple of times throughout the day. I'm not changing any voltage or wattage settings. Any ideas? This also happens to my my wife as well, using the same setup.

Sometime happen to me too. Almost like there is a "pocket of air" in the tank. I just take a few "unpowered hits" to get the juice flowing again. If your tanks have airflow control you can block the holes while taking the "unpowered hits".

I have used that Aspire ET-S/MVP2 combo but never any issues with it. Those coils need to be primed before you use them, also, there's not a whole lot of wicking in them... so if you're drawing on them often, or taking really long draws, the juice needs to 'catch up' to keep the wicks/coils wet. That could explain why, if you leave them for a few minutes, they're back to normal. I can't really explain it better than that. Another thing that could effect the wicking on those particular coils is if you're using a high VG juice they may not wick fast enough for the way you use them. Just a couple thoughts.

When I used a straight VG juice, I noticed I had what your describing in my Mini Protank 3 and used a pin to gently push the wick in a little and then open a hole by moving the pin in a circle. That worked for me but if you switch to a 50/50 VGPG juice it will gurgle and spit juice in your mouth with my Mini protank3.

We are using DIY juice, 50/50. I think we're honestly vaping faster than the wick can keep up. Any suggestions on tanks that can keep up? We have 2 Silos coming Monday, I'm curious to see if they're a whole lot better.

im using the aspire k1, and it seems to do pretty good, it doesnt hold much though

It's probably from chain vaping. The wicking can't keep up with your pace, and as a result you will get a dry, muted flavor hit. Take a few primer puffs (unpowered) to get some juice flowing to the wick.

Yeah I get that problem when I'm chain vaping. Taking slower 'drags' or leaving a moment between 'drags' seems to solve it.

The 10 second cut out on the Eleaf iStick was driving me mad until I got the hang of this.
