Question? Do anybody else notice that when you refill a cartomizerd with the same nicotine strength juice they feel a lot smother, Ok lets say you have an 18mg Chocolate cartomizer (my favorite) and when is done or half done and you refill it with 18mg juice it feels like 11mg, OR ITS JUST ME

Was that your first refill on that carto? I have only noticed that on one's that need to be cleaned or that I did not let dry after washing. Always double check the battery. Sometimes I have condom filled one and put it back on and thought HUH? but it always ends up my battery was getting low.

I get 24mg cartos and refill with 36mg juice.It works well.
