Is it OK to leave a 18650 in wall charger after light turns green?

You can, but it's not suggested to leave it more than an hour. The charging protection might fail. And some chargers do pulse charges to keep it topped off, which isn't a good thing. As it's risking overcharging it. It's best to just take it out when it's finished.
And never leave the charger unattended. And never charge while you're asleep. :)

Depends on what charger you are using. For a Trustfire TR-001, definitely not. For a Nitecore Intellicharger i-4, yes. Nonetheless, all of these Li-ion battery chargers including Pila and xtar are made in the far east and can eventually fail. I don't leave any battery charger on overnight or when I'm not near enough to put out a possible fire.

This is not a good idea, if you insist on doing it overnight. Get yourself a LIPO bag, just for extra safety.
Take care! :vapor:
No, don't stick a nice charger like a Nitecore into a LiPo charging bag.

First off. These chargers are designed for good air circulation to cool the batteries during charging. Heat kills battery life for all Li-ion batteries. Sticking the charger into a bag will kill air cooling and retain waste heat.

Second. You shouldn't be using removable LiPo batteries in any APV or mod. These things can blow. IMRs are much safer batteries. They can vent, but with much less violence than LiPo. LiPo bags are for charging LiPo batteries used by RC hobbyists, not IMRs used by vapers.

Don't charge overnight while you are asleep. The less risk, the better.

Yes i know this. And i never suggested him to use lipo batteries O_O I would never do that.
And yes the nitecore can get up to 60c degrees.
I've seen alot of people suggesting lipo bags for extra safety, however that might be wrong then. I just wanted to pass on what i've been learning. ;)
And if you read my first post i suggested him not to charge over night. I wouldn't do it, why risk that?
