Would anyone happen to know why my charger light doesn't turn red when I try charging a drained battery? It just stays green, as if it's fully charged, which isn't the case because even after leaving it in the charger for about 4 hours, it died after 5-6 vapes. I was thinking something was wrong with my brand new eGo mega battery, but then I remembered my standard 510 wall charger would indicate a red light if the battery was drained. I've tried plugging it into my iPhone wall charger usb adapter, a laptop, and my PC at work... it's always green. I even tried screwing on my other eGo battery with the same result.

I just opened a ticket with VK telling them the same thing, but just for some feedback for now, is it the charger or is it something else? For now, I'm back to vaping with my 510...

unplug it and clean the battery connector with a qtip with some alcohol on it, good idea to clean the connections on the charger and batteries every couple days.

Never thought about the connections being dirty since I just got them, but I'll try doing that after work. Thanks for the advice, TL.

I cleaned the connections on both the charger and batteries with the same result. Still green.

I know green is usually a good color, but in this case it's sadface.

Ah sounds like it is a bad charger then that sucks, but some are made pretty cheaply. I have a knock off one that has the LED's reversed green when charging red when it finishes lol.

@TL - That's nuts. Haha.

@B-Rad - Yeah, Rob just replied to my ticket and said it sounded like it was a faulty charger. All I gotta do is send it back for a replacement.
