Is it possible to determine if a carto is dual or single coil by looking at it?

I imagine the answer is no but wanted to ask anyways.
I have some 35mm cartos that got mixed up. Half are dual coil and half are single. They are all smoktech and look exactly the same. Ive moved away from dual coils and need to change my fluid flask carto. I dont want to install and prime a dual. Any tricks on telling them apart?

Do you have a PV that checks resistance or a multi-meter?

I have both but that won't tell me of its dual or single coil......unless I'm missing something. They all read between 1.9-2.3 ohms.

All of my dual-coil cartos are about 1.5 or 1.6 ohms. All of my single-coil cartos are about 2.0 ohms. That's why I suggested checking the resistance.
