I've been vaping on my 50w and Atlantis but the thing sucks juice like a hog so I was wondering if I could just buy pure VG and vape it? It'd much cheaper than breezing through 30 ml bottles in two days (I dont really care about flavor, I just like to vape). If it's possible what kind of VG should one buy and where could he get it?

I fear that maybe it would be too thick but I dont see why it wouldnt be possible

Sure I do it all the time, makes some impressive clouds as well. My juicy fruit is pure vg with no nic.

If it doesn't wick well you may need to add a few drops of distilled water ( I cheat and just dump in reg springwater that I'm drinking)
The stuff I buy makes pancake syrup look like bottled water its so thick lol

Pure vg can gunk up a coil pretty fast depending on the. Type of coil

As a side note unflavored doesn't taste too bad either, kinda sweet.

Yup, as has been said already, you can vape 100% VG. I would recommend a dripper or a tank that is known to be able to handle thick juice.

When buying PG or VG make sure it is USP grade. It can also be kosher or organic, but that doesn't matter. USP is what counts for vaping.

You can buy it at most drugstores and a lot of vape shops. I use to buy mine from Shoppers drug, but I just got a gallon of each from a local vape shop. I think I'm good for a few weeks now :lol:

    I vape 100%VG juice from Heather's Heavenly Vapes , anything in their Purity line can be ordered that way . That doesn't mean that it's actually 100%VG though , it means there's no PG whatsoever in their juice , the flavorings and extracts use d are alcohol based . But you can order VG based nicotine and mix with VG to vape unflavored or you can vape vegetable glycerin that's available at most drugstores without nicotine , so essentially yes you can vape 100%VG .

    I wonder what a good agent would be to add to thin out the vg a bit. I'd imagine it's harder to get your hands on propelyne glycol, so that might be out of the picture. And besides, you'd probably then have to flavor it as well, only adding to the inconvenience when the intent is to have a straight, bulk source of vape-able juice on hand. I'd imagine that a little water would be fine seeing as it would likely just evaporate under the heat, right along with the juice. Hopefully the Atlantis coil is pretty hardy. It's big enough lol

    PV and VG are easy to obtain.

    Some here buy pg straight from local tractor supply stores.
    Its used in everything nowadays and readily available all over the web.

    I buy my pg and VG from essential depot as they offer a gal of each, bundled with free shipping. Like 20 ish bucks a gal each

    Amazon
    Any of the nic suppliers
    Any of the flavor suppliers.
    Tractor supply
    And google will bring up a 1000 pages of places

    Personally, I've used just plain 'ol water to dilute real thick juice (just a lil tiny bit, just go by sight and I use spring water, but I'm sure tap water will work just fine) and I had no problems vapping with doing it. But I've only done that with certain juices, which is rare.

    I thought vaping alcohol based stuff has its own separate issues?

    add 10% water; I use bottled water.

    If I vape too much pure vg I get a heavy chest feeling

    I use 120ml bottles which I have from buying vg;
    I put about 10ml water in the bottle;
    then I add a 10ml or 15ml bottle of eliquid - usually halo Tribeca or Turkish.
    To that I might add a squirt of one or more other flavors - grape, apple and/or melon.
    I might add a drop or 2 of clove oil.
    Then fill it up with vg.
    And Shake!

    The extracts are made with PGA or Pure Grain Alchohol and added to VG and the alcohol is then evaporated off , we do caps off for 24hrs to let any remaining alcohol evaporate off . There's really no alcohol left to affect the juice , and even if there was it's preferable to PG for me and anyone with PG sensitivity .

    It's best to drip 100percent vg

    I recommend buying VG and PG from a reputable vendor if you want the best quality--you can get both for a very reasonable price from places like Nude Nicotine or Vapers Tek--my favorite suppliers.

    Vapers Tek

    If you want to buy locally from a drugstore, just make sure your VG (glycerin, glycerol) is USP grade. You can cut it with distilled water (15% water is pretty standard dilution). You can also use a few drops of vodka if you want more oomph in your vape. That mixture will also keep your coils very clean.
