is it still ok to send to new south wales in aus?

Someone just bought something from me on ebay, but they are in new south wales, australia. I have heard australia has had a ban but not to sure about what the rules/regulations are. can anyone spread any light?

Well, I can't say much about it - but NSW isn't Victoria... and it was Victoria that was banning, right?

freddo , there is a good chance that the person in australia has no idea at all that the laws have changed
has no idea about this forum
maybe you should put a paragraph in your listing about possible risks of customs taking the item when it lands in aus
but if you do that and your competitors dont it you might lose sales because of that , bit of a catch 22
of course ebay being ebay you know the buyer will neg you for loss of goods thru customs
