Is it VG or PG causing my problems?

I am almost at the point of cutting back and reverting to some analogs..... due to the ( bathroom ) problems that have crept up.
I have decided that I am even afraid to cough some days......
Does this disapear after awhile....or is it ( pardon my pun) on going !!!!!!

I wouldn't think VG would cause that PG either for that matter. That's just me, I didn't have any trouble with either PG or VG. Where did you get the juice yer vapin'? How long have you had that problem (some other cause). From what I've read PG causes the most problems for folk's but as far as yer's not so much. Sorry I'm no help but analogs will kill you dead. Try a different vendor, clean yer kit, go to wal-mart and buy some straight VG and see if the problem gets better. Maybe I'm not the best person to ask as yer problem can cause you to become even more dehydrated. I hope someone with more knowledge or a safer idea chimes in cause I'd hate for you to get sicker.

The death sticks are trying to tell your body it's lacking some of the 4000+ chemicals you were used to smoking.

That can be a side effect from quitting analogs as well as the result of too much nicotine. How much did you smoke, what nic level juice are you using and how many ml are you going through in a day?

You might try something like Metamucil. It might seem counter-intuitive to use that but the added bulk can slow transit time and help you know when something is coming down the pipes, so to speak.

Have been at it for about a month....50/50 mix of 18 and 12 mg. going thru about 2 ml a day.
so will watch and see if things improve and WILL not go backwards.

Whatever you do, do NOT try 100% VG.

It is sadly a fact that smoking can mask the symptoms of Celiac's disease, so that when you do stop smoking, those unpleasant gut symptoms emerge. If yours continue, or especially if they worsen, see your doctor asap and get tested for Celiac's.

I really hope that's not the case for you.

I have problems in this area too - had problems before quitting but depending on a variety of factors e-cigs will aggravate it. A lower dose nic juice might also help, and making sure not to get any in mouth from leaky carto etc. Also, smaller diameter cartos. I had a gigantic 6 ml carto that a few hits of really affected me... Whatever you do, don't go back to analogs!
