TPA is a great place to buy flavors. They will also tell you which ones are clear, and the ingredients. If you read the reviews, you will also find some recipes and suggestions on the percentage of flavoring to use.

I'm looking at an eBay listing for Propylene Glycol PG USP 99.8 4 oz Net Wt. There are options for flavorings. Should I buy flavored PG for DIY use?

Flavors are usually already mixed with PG. You can also buy plain PG at TPA.
