I'm not a newbie but I am as far as cartridges are concerned (mainly a dipper). If you stick the e-cig upright (led side down) between two cushions while not in use does that help the juice flow to the top of the cart or are you more likely to flood the atomiser / battery that way? My recollection of carts is they started off well then got slowly more difficult to draw on and was just wondering if this would help me get the most out of them.

Having the cart side up does send the juice to the cart which is great when you're vaping, but may not be the best for storing for longer periods of time. Chances are you are going to begin to leak.

Personally, if you're talking about storing the e-cig for more than a day, I would just wash everything out so it is all fresh for when you pick it back up. Wasting 5-10 drops of liquid is better than it leaking and the juice spilling over ruining the battery, furniture, etc...

My PV spends 99% of its time in the vertical (cart up) position either in my pocket or hooked on a simple piece of cardboard taped to my computer desk with USB Passthru attached (see below).

I haven't had any problems with leakage storing it this way, but if I do put too much juice in my cart it does leak unless it is upside down with the LED end up.
