Is Kanger the easiest to rebuild?

I only have experience rebuilding the kanger single coils that come stock with the kanger mini protank 2. Literally days after I got my 32 gauge kanthal wire, and peaches n cream yarn, rayon, and cotton - my mini protank 2 tank broke. So Ive been using the nautilus and the aerotank and have not been able to rebuild these coils. I want to get back rebuilding so I can enjoy the awesome vapor production and amazing flavor ( I'm ok with rebuilding a new coil everyday to achieve this)

My question is: Should I buy another mini protank 2 to have the ability to rebuild the coils again? Or are there other tanks out there that also allow for kanger like ease in terms of rebuilding coils. I'm not interested in getting a RDA quite yet. So please don't recommend those. Please do tell me other tanks that would allow me to rebuild coils easily or let me know if the protank 2 is my best option.

Thanks,
Sacred

Just grab another Protank 2 :) or you can rebuild the Aerotank in single coil mode, just build it like those single coil heads and put some wicking on top to fill the gap and prevent flooding.

You could also consider getting something like a Lemo Drop that you can just do simple Single Coil rebuilds on whenever you like. It will give you a much better Vape than the current tanks you have. RTA's have a cleaner flavor and added perks of not having to deal with the head.

I tried opening the Aerotank head, but it's a V2 coil head (with the wick inside the coil) and it bent on me trying to open her up. Looking online these V2 coils aren't easy to rebuild.

I knew about RDAs but never knew what RTA/RBAs were. So much undiscovered topics here on ECF. A RBA/RTA looks like exactly what I need. That Eleaf Lemo looks nice and I love that it has a 5ml tank. After using this nautilus for so long, I was thinking that if I did buy another mini protank 2, just to rebuild coils, I'd be refilling that sucker all day. Good point 93gc40 about the disposable heads. Looks like I'll be in the RTA SUBTOPIC for awhile checking out different tanks and reviews.

Just watched RIP trippers video on the Eleaf lemo and I'm getting that's it better than the kayfun. I do want air flow, as I'm a lung hitter. Have there been any upgrades or newer versions of the Eleaf lemo that I should be looking at for comparisons? So far the Eleaf lemo looks perfect and the best for what I'm looking for. Big tank - 5ml, rebuildable atomizer (with room to work in), open wide bore draw for insane air flow , fits 510 so it will work on my VV 3.0 or VTR

Any other suggestions ECF?

RBA's, in my experience, are certainly easier to build. Some people love em, im more of a... meh when it comes to them. i love my steam turbine gennies though; i will admit. However i have seen the new heads for the protanks are a PITA to deal with. If you're determined to make your protank work you can get v1 heads from lightning vapes:
Kanger Protank 3 Dual Coil Head Assembly - Whole Unit or Parts | Lightning Vapes
i bought 2x 25 pack of dual coil and single coil heads... i didn't know at the time you could use single coil heads in the aerotank >.< lesson learned, and i have 50 heads for the protank 2's with airflow control and 100 *50 of each* for the aerotanks my gf and i use :)

*edit*: heh failed to give another example... older aspire heads... I have no experience with the new tank they have... They suck. I bow to anyone capable of rebuilding those sons of... First tearing them apart is fairly simple... with 2 sets of pliers... Then rebuild is pretty easy peezy... UNTIL you go to put it back together. Like the v1 protank heads these have a simple pin in the bottom and a housing... then on the inside of the housing is some kind of inner wicking, along with the wicking IN the coil then it has a metal sleeve that goes over the coil housing that has ANOTHER ver very VERY paper fine wicking between the housing and its cover... One and i mean ONE little wrinkle in that paper think wick and you have to fix it. Need i mention you have to put liquid on this paper thin wick for it to half stay in place while you try to jam that outer covering on? I mean you have to JAM that sucker on. *oh and do NOT under ANY circumstances rip that wick by accident. Rebuilding a kanger head takes me a minute or two.. THIS THING took 8 minutes minimum and i still had to rip it apart again because that paper think wick slipped... I swore off aspire after trying to rebuild the coil for a buddy and become cursed with coprolalia every time i think about it :p
