Is Mt. Baker Vapor ripping me off?

I wasn't exactly sure which forum to post this so I thought I would just try it out here. So I ordered one 15ml e-liquid from Mt. Baker Vapor last night. Everything seemed ok since I received an email with my order number and I checked my bank account to make sure the right amount was taken out and it was. Then just being curious I went to my account on their website to look at the status of my order (I knew it wouldn't be shipped until today). There was nothing there! It said "You have not placed any orders with us". I checked again this morning and still nothing. I called the number on the website but no one answered so I left a message.

I want to give them the time to call back and fix it or email me saying my order has been shipped but the more I think about it the more I worry that I might be getting ripped off.

No, from what I've seen from the users here MVB is a very good place to do business with and a very reputable company. I'm sure it's just a glitch somewhere. It may have been moved to shipped, I know that vaping Zone does that once my order ships, it moves and I have to find it. I really wouldn't worry about it, they are a good company.

I don't want anyone to think that I'm bashing MVB because I've done tons of research on which site I should order from and from all the reviews I've seen on here I felt comfortable ordering from them. I just don't understand why the site doesn't say anywhere that I have placed an order with them. I ran out of my menthol juice almost a week ago and I'm starting to get cravings for a real cigarette and the money I used to buy more was not mine. I'm just worrying a little more then necessary given my situation I guess.

I've been using MBV exclusively for my juice since January. You're not getting ripped off. If anything, MBV is among one of the best companies when it comes to customer service. Try calling again or use the live chat on their website. Or even try PMing James Thompson himself here on ECF. They will take care of you.

i second this. i have ordered with them several times in the last 2 months... more than i ought to have. never an issue and orders always fulfilled and shipped either same day or next day.

i would expect full resolution and customer satisfaction coming to you soon.
