I just got a Magma e cig starter kit yesterday, when i first used it, it worked fine. While using it for the first time i noticed when i took a drag that it would make a bubbling noise. i didnt read the manual first so i thought this was normal, when it finally stopped producing vapor i tried to change the battery and cartridge and it still wouldnt work. It would only work for the first couple hits, then it wouldnt make any vapor again. So i read the manual and did as they said, submerge the atomizer in hot water for ten minutes and let it dry overnight. This morning it worked for about ten or so hits, then stopped working again. And for some reason, if i left my e cig alone for about 10 minutes and tryed to take a hit, i would get about one good hit, then i would have to let it sit for another 10 minutes and it would do the same thing again. Does somebody know how to fix it? it might still be under warranty but i dont want to have to send it back and wait another 2 weeks to get a new one.

If your atomizer is crackling/hissing - that is ok (juice vaporizing)

if an atomizer gurgles I would blow it out - take it off the ecig and blow it out into a tissue and also make sure its threads and the threaded end of the battery are dry. And if you bought auto batteries be aware you can damage or kill those batteries with juice leaks. You have a 510. 510 manuals are fully sealed metal on the threaded end (no hole) so they are safe from being damaged by juice leaks.

Are you using cartridge + atomizer? Are you using prefilled carts or filling them your self? If filling yourself, what PG/VG of juice and describe how you fill. And you did not pick a piece of white fiber off the metal mesh bridge of the atomizer did you? (because that is the wick and it's needed to use cartridges)

Also - when I used atomizer + cart, I would never ever lay the ecig flat nor set it with the cart up higher than the battery - that is just asking for juice to dump out of the cart. I would always set the ecig down with the cart a bit lower than the battery and hope the juice would stay in the cart. Then when I vaped I always held the cart end higher than the battery and hoped any leaks would be vaporized. But still - carts suck IMO. Now matter how careful you are with filling, no matter what kind of stuffing you use, sometimes they are going to dump their juice out into your atomizer or your mouth. If you continue to use carts, I recommend the precut blue foam stuffing for 510 carts from strictlyejuice.com (under $1 for 10 piece) and the tapered end goes into the cart. I would fill cart 1/2 way with juice, insert foam, press foam down into the liquid, repositioned foam at top edge of juice cup, top off until it looks just damp. While vaping, just top off as needed until topping off doesn't help - then do another full fill.

And I highly recommend you try Boge 510 3 ohm cartomizers or try Magma cartomizers. I use PG juices w/ 20% or less VG in the Boges and get over a week's use out of each. Only put juices you like in cartomizers. Most people prefer to vape with cartomizers and Boge are most popular but you could use any 510 threaded cartomizer 2.5 to 3 ohms. Anything lower is not for slim batteries.

If it's still making gurgling noises, it's prob flooded. Take it off the battery and blow it from the threaded sideover a paper towel. You should get some juice squirting out. When it stops shooting juice out, try vaping again. Might be all you needed.
If not, more help is on the way

My sentiments exactly. That gurgling it the atty getting flooded with juice.

How are your cartridges? The poly fluff filling may be feeding the atty's mesh too fast, so after your 10 or so hits, it gets flooded. Or, it could be the opposite. The fill may be saturated with juice initially, then dry as you drag, so the atty stops getting juice. I think it's the former though, as even if the atty was getting dry, it'd still "hit", just taste disgusting & burnt.

Report back.
