Is my Spinner battery dying?

Hey

Have been using my Spinners for about 5 months. Have 2 and they each get charged about once every 3-4 days. My best one (i.e. lasts longest on a charge), has just started flashing and cutting out. Sometimes this happens at the end of a regular, not overly long, puff, and sometimes halfway through, after about 1 second or so. It's not the atomizer or a short circuit, the battery terminal is clean, and it is fully charged.

Does this indicate that the battery is dying, or is there something else I should try.

Thanks!

M

Welcome to ecf.
It does sound like they are on their last legs. I would start looking around for replacements. Don't wait until they die or you will have nothing to vape on. batteries don't last forever unfortunely. You could try to find a mod where they use an 18650 battery that you charge independly on a charger, or go with a Innokin itaste MPV 2 for really long battery life. Look around, just don't get caught without backups. Would be a shame to suffer while waiting for new gear to arrive.

i had one of these around when i first started vaping in case i forgot to charge my batteries or the rest of my gear failed. make sure you get the recommended wall adapter and car adapter with it. you CAN NOT use this thing on a computer or gaming console USB port it will trip the internal short circuit protection or draw too much amperage.

Variable voltage 510/eGo USB passthrough

I found that if I pressed the button really hard it would work fine, but this only prolonged the batteries' lives (yes, both my Spinners are now flashing) by a couple of weeks, but even that doesn't work on either now. Doing some major surgery to see if I can fix them. Killed one completely already, but I have hope for the other, if I can solder the earth wire back on (earth came off during my attempts to fix the button).
