hi guys, im new to vaping, i just ordered my provari yesterday, and i was wondering if smoking e-juice with nicotine in it is illegal to smoke in canada?
i mean can i get charged, fined, arrested for it if a cop pulls up? because me and my buddies go out almost every night and there are a lot of cops in my area...im asking because canadian law has apparently put the nicotine e-juice as F Drug??
if they pull up and start questioning me what do i tell them? because most likely i will have the juice with me for dripping.
my record is clean n i dont want to mess it up just for some e-juice.
any advice will be appriciated. thanks

There are no laws against Ecigs and ejuice yet here in Canada, other then u must be over 19 to buy Tobacco products.

Now that being said, Health Canada is currently trying to stop all sales and importing of anything ecig related containing nicotine, if it doesn't contain nicotine they don't have a problem with the sale of it or having it imported(hardware is fine as long as no cartridges contain nicotine, same for ejuice as long as it has zero nicotine).

But as is, there is still access to ejuice with nicotine here in Canada if you know where to ask/look.

It's only customs that are inforcing this and once it's through your fine, shipping ecig related products inside Canada is not a problem.

Nice choice with the provari, it's a very nice model.

Get your post count over 5 and come join in with the other canucks in the Canada section.

thank you i like to do research before i spend that kinda money. well im almost up to 5 posts. i already have someone who can get me the juice. its the smoking part that im worried about!
so technically if i was to go out tomorrow and smoke the ecig with nic juice cops cant say anything about it? or can they still charge me of having "possession of controlled substance" or something similar to that ?

Went to Niagara Falls over the weekend, and the Canadian border patrol lady didn't even know what an e-cig was. I told her there was nicotine in it and nothing was said other than have a nice stay.

cool, thanks for that reply:D that helps a lot. so i guess if the border patrol is that lenient on it then cops should not be a problem i guess??
