Is the problem with the tank or the mod?

My Horizon Tech Arctic tank and Sigelei Spark 90W TC has been giving me problems. I have decreased flavor and vapor production. My ohms keep jumping all over the place and i constantly have to re-set it anything below 0.300 doesn't produces less vapor than a cigalike. Strangely once i get to around 0.350 i get lost of throat hit (at times too much) but still not a lot of vapor.

I've eliminated a lot of the common problems.

1. 3 different batteries in perfect working order have the same results.
2. Changed the coil problem persists.
3. Took the tank of and rinsed thoroughly, ran a toothpick through the threads to get rid of any gunk that was in there.
4. Ran toothpick around where the tank connects on the mod.

After I did all this it was better but only slightly. Any ideas?

Are the coils you are using in the tank made of Nickle or Stainless Steel? TC mode requires either Nickel or Stainless Steel coils.

"Ohm's keep jumping all over the place" generally points to a coil short or a poor center pin connection. You said you changed the coil, so you may need to tease the center pin on the Segelei up a little in order for it to make a proper electrical connection.

I also recommend that you clean your 510 connection with some isopropal alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and a cotton tipped applicator.

A little better but still not 100%, thanks for the tip though.

I find that my Arctic coils will flood pretty easily if juice is left in the tank overnight, I usually have to get a q tip or paper towels and clean the juice out of the contact and blow out the excess juice from the coil before vaping for the day. Also I haven't tried the 0.3 ohm coils but on the 0.5 ones I have to crank the wattage up to like 60w and open the airflow before the coils will really wick properly.

Another thing is that maybe the Arctic tank is a mod killer because I had a KBOX I was running it on and then the 510 threads started sticking and then when I dropped the tank+mod the 510 pin came completely out of the KBOX and I had to use pliers and lots of elbow grease to remove it so I could use the Arctic again on my Smok R-steam 80w TC.

So I would probably blame a poor connection for the coil or the Arctic's 510.
