When I do
coils for MtL, I wrap them between .7 and 1.5.
It's hard to tell you what the best range inside of that is, because it depends a lot on the atomizer.
If the air restriction comes before the atomizer, you can wrap on the low end of the scale. If it comes after, you will want to stick to the higher end.
If that doesn't make sense, a good way to check is, Can you open the airflow up to where it is too airy for MtL? If so, try to go with
coils on the higher end of the scale.
As far as wraps, in theory the more wraps= more surface area= more flavor, but honestly atomizer design determines flavor so much more than a couple extra wraps.
With gauge, I use 28 gauge mostly for MtL
coils.
