Is the Tailfun easy to build

Can not say anything about the KF coils, but I would say the Taifun is an easy build.
The Taifun GT was my first and still my only rta. My coil and wick building experience was with a Patriot clone before this. I nailed the first build of the GT first time using a 1.4 ohm coil with cotton. So new to me, I have only coiled it once but wicked it many times.

Yes. Although the wicking methodology is somewhat different and they use posts similar to an RDA rather than a rectangular 'deck'... they will use similar coil layouts. This thread goes back over a year, but is a good resource for the new GT owner.
