Yes it is.... Anything listed as 808 will fit it or you can get an 808-510 adapter to use anything 510.... I started with a V2 and within a month found my way to an eGo and never looked back. I was referred by a lot of people to start with the eGo and wish I had taken their advice as I found real quick just how much of a subpar device and vape V2 actually was......(not to mention their CS)...... Wish you luck in your vaping journey though......

I started out with V2. They are decent products, for what they are. Many people prefer the cigarette look alike types. The kits are middle of the road, price wise. The warranty is good on electronics, provided you remain an active account. I was always treated well by their Customer Service, whenever I had a question or problem. I had a couple battery failures, which were replaced promptly. Everything is KR808-D1.

Rule, its good to hear you had a good experience with them. I just had no luck with them at all as I had 6 battery, 3 PCC's, and 2 charger failures within 45 days. I wasn't the only person with those problems though. Their message board was clogged full of unhappy people back then. Of course by the time I went through 6 batteries and the problematic PCC's I asked for a refund on my original purchase, less the cost for the carto's I used and conveniently the warranty had expired!!!!! If I would've asked for a refund from the get go I would've received it.... In stead I let them talk me into replacements and that led to a wasted $200+ investment, (not to mention the analogs I was still smoking at the same time because of their faulty product)...... I will say it was one of their faithful members that suggested the eGo for me through a PM one night.... I guess they finally got their act together from hearing your experience.

I haven't used them in over a year. I moved on to other stuff. But I read their forum regularly. My experience with replacements was good. Not to say that there aren't problems and complaints, from time to time. But that happens with all suppliers. V2 is just a rebrander, as most suppliers offering Chinese made products are.
