Is the XL3 from discountvapers the same as the Genuine Joyetech NEW eGo-T MOD from GOTVAPES?

Alot of companies have their own names for the same products like that one. Its not the first time i have seen it. Usually see it alot with Cartomizers/Atties and the like. They do look exactly the same so i think that this may be one of those times.

Well I know they aren't identical as far as the chip goes, because of the varrying functionality, only reason I ask is because I'm looking to buy one as a gift, and wonder if the tubes from the ego would screw onto the XL3 >_<

I do not think they are similar. On the joyetech the top unscrews to access the battery where on the XL3 the battery is accessed by removing the bottom cap. They seem to have incompatible tubes.
