Is their a difference between the Premium Carto or Regular?

I just decided to take apart my RY4 carto that I got in my sampler pack as a freebie. I noticed that when I took the cap off, their wasn't any plastic round ring that I saw on the video. All I saw was the filling with what looked like a black string in the middle? Is this right?

Is it soft rubber cap or hard cap?

I haven't taken the caps off the hard premos but the soft rubbers cap premos don't have the o-rings inside.

It's the hard cap. Will the regular cartos have o-rings? I didn't realize they come in hard and soft caps.

None of the premiums have O rings anymore, to my knowledge.

I was able to get the hard cap off the RY4 but man I'm having a hard time trying to remove any of the other hard caps on the premiums...is this normal? Is their a trick?

Dip the "mouth end" of the carto in boiling water for a few seconds. That will melt/destroy the glue and you can remove the cap.

THANK YOU!! I thought I was going to slice my finger off with my paper clip tool The regular seem to work with no problems, do they not have glue on the regulars?

Regulars don't have glue and the soft cap premiums(ones that will replace all of there cartomizers) don't have glue.

Seems there are two types of "premium" carts floating around. Soft rubber caps, with no inner ring, and then hard caps, that are glued in, also, no inner ring. My premium watermelon, and cowboy carts had the soft rubber easily removable, yet the grape premium had the hard, glued in caps. I toss the glued in carts, and keep the soft rubber carts. Can be a hassle if you are an on the go type of person. It's cool they are cheap enough to be disposable.

Perfect solution to get these caps off for cleaning. Wonder why they added glue?

Thanks bobbysox and deadman. I want to order some Kant and RY4 premium cartos along with some 30ml juice of each so I can refill them. I wonder if I can ask for the soft cap premium cartos.

Kant is hard cap and since the ry4 you got as the sample that you opened didn't have the o-ring I'd say that was probably a premium ry4 so hard cap for that as well?

Not sure abut the ry4, not a fan

My RY4 has the hard, glued-on end piece, same as Kant (from the sample pack).

I want to put a new order today and I do like the taste of RY4 but I think it really dries my mouth out really bad. I think my new favorite is Kant and Hilton...closest I've seen to Marlboro Lights. Nice tobacco flavor. I have to try the 555 and see what that's like.
