In my opinion, I had nothing but problems with the full size Nautalus. Dry hits, liquid not feeding properly, leaking... etc.

I bought the mini because I still had two boxes of coils and didn't want them to go to waste. The mini ended up being a great tank. I had none of the problems with it I had with the full size.

They use the same coils but IMHO the mini is the better of the two.

I've been using the 5ml Nautilus Tanks for about 8 months. I have 5 of them now, so you know I love them. Yes, they do use the same size coil as the mini. The biggest problem Ive had was when I tried to switch to the new Nautilus BVC coils. They flooded, gurgled, and blew hot juice out the drip tip. They would taste good at first, but would have issues pretty quickly.I did some forensic surgery on one and found the Wicking was dripping wet and burnt. I fiddled with every setting I could, and read every online post I could find, but nothing really worked. After meditating on the problem and a little experimentation, I discovered that when I used a thicker ejuice the problem went away. I still prefer the old BDC coils and Genuine Aspire coils can be found online for under $8.00 for a box of 5, and least expensive replacement parts I've found are directly from Aspire.

"Leaking"?-I haven't had Seal leaking problems. I'm assuming you take your Tank completely apart, inspect and clean everything throughly (Vodka works great)
A tip from the Aspire Site- Apply a few drops of your eLiquid to the Big Rubber Seal on the Base before tightening the Tank and Base together. It makes it easier to to thread the Glass snugly against the base and it also makes it easier to take it back apart too.

"Flooding"- When I was using BVC coils they would flood constantly, and occasionally my juice would leak out the bottom of my Tank.Flooding can make for a funky burnt wick taste also, but it's not actually a "Dry Hit".

Over filling the Tank can make a leaky mess also. You should fill to between the 1ml and 2ml marks (When you flip it upright it will be right at the 5ml mark).

The issues I've had with "Dry Hits" ?
When my juice was too thick to Wick properly- A couple of drops of Distilledwater or Vodka fixes that.
When I'm Marathon Chain Vaping :)
When Ive run the Tank too low
When I've set the power too high- I set mine now at 6.5 W and 3.3V using a 1.8 ohm coil and get the optimum flavor for me.
