Is there a 'stability cone' for the 510 atomizers/cartomizers?

I noticed that when using a regular 510 threaded cartomizer on my egoT that there's slight play/wiggle room with the cartomizer threading, so the cartomizer can can bend a little when 'threaded' into the battery. i find this unsettling in comparison to say using an egoT coned cartomizer (the ones that have the extra 'jacket' like thing surrounding the threading).

Point is, I am thinking of getting a 3.7 mod, but keep thinking that they'd probably have the exact same issue. I ordered some of those cones that can be attached to egoT's to go around the 510 cartomizers (haven't received them yet), but they won't work with anything other than the egoT's extra set of threads at the top of the battery.

I'm thinking this is a very wise thing to have (personally), and was wondering whether an adapter like that exists for regular 510 mods. a coned 510 to 510. such a device should give the cartomizers/atomizers much more stability.

Hopefully what i'm talking about makes sense... just curious if anyone's seen anything like that?

I find that the egoT cone look is very elegant, unlike all of the other mods which seems to be one sized cylinder plunked on top/besides another cylinder/box. these things need some curves, me thinks. (the pipe mods are neat however).

I've never really had that problem, all my attys and cartos sit solid on my mods. If they wiggly it's usually because they arn't snug, ( except for a box of CE-2s, they liked to wiggle but that was the least of there problems ).

You can get a 510/Ego adapter many places that will allow you to use a cone or anything Ego specific. You may have to mod the cone a little for wider tubes like the newer Clearomizers or Clear Dual Core but that's not a big deal.

Madvapes is probably the cheapest place I've found them but many have them, COV, Avid, VaporKings, etc.

...for this very reason, many folks get a 510 to 510 adpt available from MadVapes, Good Prophets and others...you can also get a 510 to eGo adapter, allowing you to add those "extra" eGo threads......

thanks guys, that egoT/Mega To 510 might be what i'm after. Just slap that on a mod, put in a 510, cover with a cone, and should be stable.

So far I've only tried two egoT batteries (have 2 more on the way) and 2 different sets of 510 DC cartos (have 2 more groups on the way), maybe they'll behave differently.
