Is there a way to change an order?

So.. long story short... I wanted a new e-cig with a replaceable battery. At first I thought about the NoEgo.. decided it was the best bet, purchased.. then purchased 2 14500 batteries, a charger, and a dual coil carto from madvapes..

Found out the NoEgo is regulated 3.7v (like the ego) and doesn't push 4.1v off the charger, so I decided that the E-Power would be the best, cheapest bet. Saw it was on sale at madvapes, so.. I Cancelled and refunded my NoEgo, ordered the E-Power set from Madvapes.. and here's where it gets sticky.. I don't see any way to cancel or refund my order for the batteries/charger. I want the dual coil carto still but I forgot to add it into my E-Power order... and i don't want to pay shipping twice. So I need to cancel the battery/charger order, move the carto over to the E-Power order... oof. I've created a mess.

I have submitted a ticket and knowing it's the weekend I'm sure someone at madvapes can sort it all out on Monday, I just didn't know if I was missing something, like a way to cancel an order that hasn't been touched yet (Still in the checked out phase.)?

*edit: after some more research the info up there is wrong, just wanted to let anyone know who might read this.. the e-power is regulated to deliver a constant 3.7, same as the NoEgo...

I'm certain that MadVapes will work with you on your order. They're so quick to get the orders out that there's a chance they might not pick up on it right away. Most likely they will catch it first. I'm familiar with the NoEgo and was surprised to discover that it's a re-branded E-Power, including the 18650 model. The site in question leads one to believe that they make them themselves but this is not the case. They don't sell any batteries or chargers with it either so you did make a good choice to buy from MV.
