hi Clam glad you made it here did you see my post? :) You can either go to the very first thread on the bloog sub forum "hey leaford I have a question" or just wait for "redemption" to come online he will take care of you. You can also try to pm "redemption" but normally he does not do CS via pms but since its a order issue I am almost certain he will take care about it ASAP.

You should email Red or Chris at cs@bloogplanet.com, include your order # of the order that was short a pack of cartos and the order # you place this weekend. Explain what you need. And you can put Red in the subject line if you want Red to handle it for you. Especially since WTQ already made him aware of the issue. Happy vaping and welcome to Bloog.

I'd like to apologize for forgetting a pack of cartos and yes email us on tuesday with both order numbers and we will correct the order.

thanks no problem i will email on tues im going to place another order on monday you can include the mising pack of cars with that order if that helps
