Is there a way to see all of my threads? I just see four when I click "quick links --> my threads."

I mean threads I've created. I want to monitor my own thread to see if anyone has posted. I'm not sure what to make of this but this is what I am experiencing now.

When I click "quick links --> my threads." I now see 6 threads. At the bottom it says "Results 1 to 6 of 7"

But it's the 7th thread, which not being displayed that I am interested in! Do I need to subscribe to my own thread?

It looks like you've only started 6 threads. The seventh it is counting is probably the temporary thread left in the New Members forum from when this thread was moved. It's either that or sometimes the system has to update before your latest posts or threads will show from that link.

Its a real thread. I created it. And I am specifically looking for it. I can find it manually (looking for it in the subforum in which i created it)

You can also view all your started threads by going to your profile (click your username either on a post or in the bar at the very top of the page). Under your avatar on that page is a link to "view latest started threads". By clicking that, I see all seven threads listed, so that might be one option for you

If there is a particular thread you want to keep up on, my preferred method is to subscribe to it. At the top of the thread over to the right side, click on Thread Tools ---> Subscribe to this thread. You can opt for email notifications if you want, or just through your control panel. To quickly see if there are any new posts, click on the "Settings" button at the top right of the page to go to your control panel and it will show any threads or forums you've subscribed to that have new posts in them, at which point you can click the little icon to the left of the thread title to jump to the first unread post in the thread

Everyone has their own preferred forum features that they use to keep up with their threads of choice. That is the most efficient for me, personally, and is one option you could try :)

Thanks. I think I will have to go with the susbcribe method! Otherwise I just don't see it. Strange!

Heya...at the time you made this thread you had 17 posts...
Your 15th post (1:15 my time)...if you logged off and then came back on for your next post (1:42 my time)...the system did not have the opportunity to refresh your posts and give you your total posting permissions - some areas have a 15 post requirement for some reason...

System refreshes at 25 after the hour - you have to be on line to "get refreshed".

As part of the forum's anti-spam measures, new members are initially restricted to where and how they can post. This system is based off of your post count, and consists of three stages. Please note that it can take up to an hour for the forum software to update your account between each stage.

0 to 5 posts:
Members are restricted to posting in the New Members Forum only, can not use Private Messaging, and can not have a signature.

5 to 15 posts:
Members can post in other forums and use Private Messaging.

15 posts and above:
Members can post in all forums, and can now have a signature.
