Is there any E-Cigarette/Cartridge/Atomizer that is economical and reliable WITHOUT mods ???

The best I've found so far (EGO-T works great out of box but
AFTER a few days NO GOOD) is a ROUND empty cart with the straw mod and just the
right size piece of blue foam for all day trouble free vaping. But I ordered 2
packs of SmartCarts yesterday (from GotVapes -
http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=97&products_id=328
) which I'll try with the blue foam as well. Looks good because of the new
ridge inside the SmartCart which looks like it will support the blue foam
without the need for straws inside. But I can't wait till someone develops a
tank type system like the EGO-T or incorporating something like the ZFM mod
that WORKS reliably that you can buy from a vendor without making modifications.
It just blows my mind that there is not a stock E-Cigarette System of any type
straight from a supplier that vapes day after day reliably and economically without the need for
mods! For instance with even these SmartCarts everyone agrees that you must mod
the stock filler before it works well! Can't some company/supplier incorporate
a mod that WORKS into their kits, carts or atomizers so that all of us can vape reliably with what we purchase
without making modifications! If anyone knows anything I can buy that fits that
bill I sure would like to know about it!

I had that same trouble when I started back in October 2010. By late november I was dripping 95% of the time. I still do drip mostly but have had some success with the clearomizers. And now with my ProVari I can make any cartomizer/atomizer I have vape perfectly. I havent used a cartridge in months though.

I just don't think the cartridge design can work reliably. Needing the juice to wick through the filler onto the bridge and through to the coil just seems like a lot of travel for the liquid. Good luck to you though, I'm sure something will come along. There has been a lot of progress in just the few months that I have been vaping. 2011 is sure to bring about many more innovations!

If you read this board on a regular basis, you'll certainly start believing that the vape is greener on the other side. And that might be correct. But I think you have to draw the line at some point.

I've been vaping a DSE 901 for 2 years, every day, and have had, until yesterday, no problems. Yesterday I was getting no flavor so I cleaned my atty for the first time...good as new. Economical? I spend on average $20 a month, which buys 30 ml of juice and an atomizer. Is it the best hit or vapor you can buy? No. Has it always worked and allowed me to go from a 1 1/2 pack a day, $200 a month habit? Yes. Now that said, if you switch to a 901, you might want to keep that a secret. It was all the rage when I bought mine, but now it's snickered at by some. The only issue you'll have is battery life. I get 4 hours per battery if I let them charge overnight and not just charge them until the light turns green

So, straight out of the box, no mods, that's my experience. It works.

I bought a few packs of smartcarts from gotvapes. I've been using one for a week now, mostly at work. I like them. I'm not a filler kind of gal but these are pretty good. Too bad they aren't bigger capacity.

If you're wanting something to hold alot, try to get your hands on a MAP tank from cloudsofvapor. Go to his website, click on MAP, then choose the one you want. Click the notify me button and enter your email. When Bruce lists them, you automatically get emailed about the stock.

Since you have the egoT have you tried the ego cartomizers. I've been using them about 5 days and its the first time in a while that i have felt Ok i can live with this. It's a bit airy a pain to fill and $3.50 a piece but so far i am getting 2 days hassle free (about 3-4 mls) withsome recreational dripping and some experimenting with misc fluxomizers (finicky) smartcarts (same old thing with cute clear window) 510 driptip caromizer from got vapes (clogged in minutes) LR bridgeless 510 (hot and clan 48 hours--needs something but cant really see anything to clean) etc etc.
