Is there any way to clean a charger?

One of my wall chargers is having connection problems. Sometimes it glows red right away but then about an hour later it will turn green. Sometimes it doesn't turn red until I screw in the battery a few times.

Also, I'm having problems with some cartos not working on some batteries. Some of them the center hole in the battery is too far down (these I can only use my regular/old cartos from the beginning of the year).

Yes without a doubt you have to clean the connections. I little rubbing alcohol on a Qtip works wonders. The same goes for the threads on the atties and the inside of the battery connector (where the atty screws in)

I was plagued with this also with my V4L kr808 batteries. The center pin on the kr808 cartomizer can be gently pulled out a little bit using a thumb tack or something similar.

I pull the center post of the carto down a bit with a tiny screwdriver.
