It looks like you've got it covered, although personally I'd skip the XL atty's but that's just my preference. If they have a starter kit sometimes it'll save you a bit of cash. You should also order some juice if you don't already have some.

Are Canadian prices that high? I don't know what the exchange rate is so that may account for the difference.

Hmm...my post got deleted. Oh well...here we go again. You have almost everything you need, but...you're going to need another battery and it's way too expensive. You should order from US vendors or from the classifieds section, the key is...order in pieces. So, order batteries, seperate from attys and juice, and so on. On the package through customs, they usually only reject full kits or anything labeled as and e-cig or e-juice etc. In regards to juices, make your own. Order the 100% nic from a US vendor and have them state its for "pest control" in a non labeled bottle. You can get VG/PG and flavorings without any problems.
