Hello,
Typing from iPhone on very limited reception, so apologize for any spelling mistakes.
Long story short- Out of town and lost all my e cig supplies includng the chargers except for one e cig and juice. By complete chance came across an e cig called Aurora pv one. It looks like joye 510 except the charger is a bit different and the batts are auto. Anyone saw one of those before? My one remaining e cig does fit, into the charger, but I'm scared to plug it in in case it fries or something. I bought the only e cig kit they had at the store, and pretty sure I'm not gonna come across anther one anytime soon. Grrrr.

Joye 510 user here. Will try to rescue you.

If you take a look at the charger, it should have a little diagram on it. It looks like this:

(-)---(o---(+) Good for Joye 510. The other way will fry your batt.

You also should have some wording like: "DC in 12-24V" which is what you want for your Joye 510. 5V is too low, over 24 V is too high.

Good luck with your purchase.

No Aurora's not a Joye 510 at all. It looks like an RN4081 (if it is very slightly fatter than 510, If Aurora is skinnier than it is Chinese wholesaler junk). Aurora is also a huge ripoff. $30 for a $12 battery etc.

If it really is a real RN4081 (a big if) then the polarity would be the same as 510 but the threading, while the same sex, is different. But it could be some Chinese wholesaler clone RN4081 lookalike which might not have the same polarity and will fry a 510 battery.

I guess go by the charger polarity indications and compare it to the message above.

The charger actually says 510 ( dunno how I missed that) on it, and the specs are exactly same as you posted. Thanks! Now if only I can find a PCC...
