I would contact the vendor immediately. Then contact your credit car/paypal to get your money back. Items shipped from China don't take more then a month unless it's held in customs. USA shipped items shouldn't be more then a week.

Can you post link of vendor?

Also, do you have a way of tracking the item (shipping number)?

I ordered 3 50ml bottles from them with a buddy and it took about a month to arrive so three months would have me freaking out as well. On the lighter side, dealextreme.com now has juice they sell 5, 10, 30 and 50ml bottles with free shipping. It usually takes about 2 and a half weeks to arrive but with free shipping its a great deal. The juice is 18mg and the flavor is good.

A 50ml bottle @18mg will cost you $13 delivered, and they offer discounts if you order 3 or more bottles too, hope this helps.

The shipping from lightinthebox.com was ridiculous IMO.

Peace!

Neon.

Moral of the story here is to always get a tracking number for any shipment from anywhere you care about. If its some offer like free shipping without tracking that you can't pass on, I'd order each product separately, order extra and expect not to get 1/4 of it.

You may have a problem proving to paypal that you didn't receive the package without a tracking number.

I'd contact the supplier 1st and see what they will do for you. I think filing a claim with PayPal before allowing them the option to look after the issue may cause them to claim that you did receive the package.

Check the paypal claim rules before making any purchases.

See how long you have before you can file a claim. Make sure that your claim is from purchase date and not shipping date.

Perhaps we can get a thread or sticky going of how someone can protect themselves when ordering online. Post this on the front page or new members forum? Could be very vital information not only to veterans, but new members as well. Unless one has been made and I missed it.
