central trade shipping time??

They emailed me the tracking number for the liquid once it was on the way. It showed up pretty quickly after i got the number so I'm not so sure it was customs holding it up.

This is my first time dealing with China shipping and i was just trying to get a grip on what to expect. I didn't know if they are still trying to recover from the new year, or if it's a slow company, or just a slow process no matter who I buy from.

Managing inventory will be a challenge if it always going to be a month out!

Hello,

I placed my first order with central trade and received confirmation of them receiving funds on feb 18th. The liquid came last wed. but they have not even been able to provide a tracking number for the E-cigs yet.

Is this a normal turn time for this company? Are other Manufactures faster?

I am having a very similar problem with them. I have heard nothing but good things about them, but I only get a response to every other email. I have been trying to place a hardware and liquid order for about 3 weeks now. My hardware order was acknowledged Monday. I sent my money Tuesday. It is now Friday and I still have yet to hear that they received my money or have sent my order. I have sent them multiple liquid orders and have yet to get a response about any of them. I am considering working with another company if things don't get better soon. Central Trade just seems like a great company to work with, with their $500 minimum order and all. But I totally agree; it will be very difficult to manage inventory if their responses are so thin.
 
Myself and hopps placed an order with them on 3/4/09. There were a few emails back and forth about paying and such and then I sent them a copy of the "bank receipt" for wire transfer (which by the way cost as much as paying the 5% by paypal) and then didn't hear back from them for 2 days... so I checked my SPAM folder... and EVEN THO I had written back and forth with them a number of times... the email went to SPAM! Maybe because fo the foreign IP address and the "amounts of money" written in the email? I suggest you check SPAM folder. I did get an email a few days ago saying my order was being packed up and I would be sent a tracking number. I have not received one yet (I guess I should check my SPAM folder!).

Will keep updated here...

(Don't forget about the time difference.. when we write to them.. it may be the middle of the night there... so maybe they take until they get to work to respond!)

I called China and spoke to them directly to inquire about their delivery times. They are swamped right now with orders. I don't think you have anything to worry about they are honest and have in fact returned buyers money when they were unable to ship product due to customs issues. I am a little surprised you have not received your order yet. Don't be too surprised if your order shows up before you get a tracking number.:)
