I don't have one, but from the photos it appears your tube is pretty big and, if so, your kick will be very loose. Probably too loose to function without help in the form of some kind of spacer. Not too big a deal. You can go ghetto like me and grab something handy like a post-it-note or paper towel, fold it up a bit, and stuff it in opposite the little ground pin that reaches out to touch the tube. If you're not ghetto, I can't help Actually some people use heat shrink tubing or other slick looking techniques. And again, the size issue is nothing more than my speculation from looking at the pictures.
